Ban Prangthong is a housing and villa development project situated on the holiday paradise island of Phuket, in Thailand. The location is quiet and safe, due to being in one of Phuket's more exclusive areas, away from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist beaches like Patong. You may chose your dream house from three proposed designs, starting from 7.5 million THB. Of course you are also welcome to let us plan and build a dream house that fits exactly to your
requirements in regards of size, style and luxury. Swimming pools and jacuzzis are optional additions and can be planned, designed and build by us on request. |
Ban Prangthong Specifications
This Villa combines the very best of local materials such as hard wood, granite, slate, sandstone and ceramics. Q-CON blocks provide thermal insulation ensuring that the house stays cool and being fire resistant for a duration of up to four hours.
State-of-the-art local fittings, fixtures and engineering systems ensure a safe and maintenance-free living comfort. The external appearance and colors of the villas take their lead from the colors and materials found around the site. The colors of the rocks and tree trunks, sand and water are echoed in the villas' external appearance.
